Our Friendship.

We have grown so much through our friendship. We`ve talked and discussed so openly to eachother, about numerous, &personal aspects of our lives. We have held on when things get bumpy, &through all the changes. We`ve talked about what we`ve needed and what we have dreamed about. &Through it, we`ve had our similarities and our differences.. There hasn`t been a time where we haven`t gotten through our problems. You`ve given me the freedom to ask you about anything, and everything. We`ve put everything in the open, so we can grow, learn, and be ourselves. You`ve been my source of hope and happiness when I wanted to cry. &When I did cry, you reached out to me. You`ve touched me in so many ways, by your words and by your actions. The little things you have done to help me through the days. You stood beside me when times got rough and you`ve become my shelter, showing me the way and giving me hope. You`ve been the only person through these years that I have been able to tell anything to, no matter how hard it was, or how much it hurt. &You haven`t judged me based on what i do, or my past. You are truly God`s perfect gift.

Life is sweet because of the friends we have made &the things that we share. We continue to live on, not because of ourselves, but because of the ones who would care. The purpose is to live and do for others, for it will bring splendor. Love and friendship is the only cement that will hold this world together.

A simple friend thinks the friendship over when you have an argument. A real friend knows that it's not a friendship until after you've had a fight.

FEAR or F.E.A.R?

FEAR, or F.E.A.R? What is fear? Can you hold it? Can you touch it? Can you show it to your best friend? &In your head as you are reading, I can almost hear you saying, "No, no, &no." The question now is "Why? Why do we have fear?" Fear is NOTHING more than an emotion or feeling in our minds. Some fear the emotional or physical pain that they may cause others, or others may cause them. Here`s the problem: These emotions and feelings affect the way we live our lives. We fear doing certain things because we are scared of failing. This may be due to the past failures we have actually experienced, or the failures we might experience. &If you think about it, most of the things we fear, hasn`t even happened yet! Your mind has a hard time determining whether you have actually experienced the failure, or just imagined it. Often, we imagine a failure and believe it will come true, &we stay scared because we never give it a try! If you never try, you will never succeed.

p.s. dear self, even though i have made mistakes, i know everybody makes mistakes and nobody is perfect. &through the hardships, i will always have friends and family to lean on. i really hope that i will be able to push through all the changes, and let go of the past. i know i may fall into temptaions and i will sin, but i know that through Him, i will get through it. one day, i hope to make a difference, &everyday, i strive to be a better person. i understand situations may not always be perfect. &through all the growing &changing, i`m still finding who i am &where i stand in this. but even though my flaws and my hardships, i know my only purpose is to serve the Lord.

Living with LOVE.

Life is a constant cycle of growing and changing. Each day is a miracle filled with new discoveries and challenges. Some days bring hurt and disappointment, but these, too, are challenges,. &and as you are growing and changing, you are learning to handle them with more ease. Growing older means growing in experience, growing in courage and compassion, growing in love and growing in strength. Growing older means changing your life to make it meaningful to you, -&not for others- changing your attitudes, and staying flexible about everyday living. Life keeps getting better as long as you have a positive attitude. Remind yourself of all the things you love about life, stay in touch with your loved ones and friends, and do what your own heart tells you to. Your tomorrow will always bring you good things if you live each day with love.

"
The ultimate lesson all of us have to learn is unconditional love, which includes not only others, but ourselves as well."

Letting go

In life, we have to let go of many things. We have to let go of problems, things, memories, people and even ourselves. It is easy to form an attachment to people. When you've formed an attachment to a person, it can be a very painful experience and feeling, when you realized that it's time to let go. Even the tiny thought of not having that person or thing in your life just squeezes your heart in pain. However, there are times where you or that person has changed to the extent that it's necessary to let go of the relationship or friendship, so that each of you can fulfill your life path.Letting go of your past and memories are also extremely hard. Even though old memories can be tormenting, yet you might hold on to the past and refuse to move forward. However, by refusing to let go of the painful past, it'll serve as a roadblock to love. Letting go of your old self and the process of letting the new you emerge can be one of the scariest experiences in your life. But by leaving behind your old self and taking a leap of faith into the unknown, it might just reveal what you are truly capable of becoming.Let go.

Why do you cling to pain? There is nothing you can do about the wrongs of yesterday. It is not yours to judge. Why hold on to the very thing which keeps you from hope and love?

I am scared to let go.

Gratitude.

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.

&i wish God gave me gratitude.
